Custom orders are produced to your specifications. Please review all design proofs carefully before approving production, as approved designs cannot be altered once production begins.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Payment must be completed in full before production begins. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Prices are listed in the currency shown on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will be honored at the price agreed upon at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if incorrect information is provided.
Production timelines vary depending on the complexity of the order and current workload. Estimated production times are provided at the time of order but are not guaranteed.
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We recommend choosing a shipping option with tracking and insurance for valuable orders.
For custom/bulk orders, production will begin only after your design proof has been approved.
Stocked Products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for stocked items in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.
Custom Products: Due to the made-to-order nature, custom products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or do not match the approved design.
Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
